Đầu Tư Từ Đâu #10: Exploring the viability of economic model — GameFi

The recent AMA session, episode #10 of Đầu Tư Từ Đâu, dived deep into the captivating world of GameFi, a rapidly growing trend that merges gaming with decentralized finance (DeFi). Representing The Sandbox Vietnam, Mr. Cris D. Tran served as the special guest for the session. He offered a comprehensive look at GameFi, explaining its core features and the potential this model holds to reshape the gaming industry.

A first part of the AMA involved Mr. Cris D. Tran outlining three essential criteria for assessing the viability of a GameFi model. They include a novel and exciting concept of model design that stands out from the crowd, an engaging gameplay design and lastly, the harmonious balance between traditional gaming elements and the unique aspects of digital ownership through NFTs. Furthermore, Mr. Cris D. Tran emphasized the critical role of NFTs in GameFi. NFTs, or non-fungible tokens, enable real-world value for in-game assets, potentially attracting a wider player base to these new gaming experiences.

The AMA session wouldn’t have been complete without a lively Q&A segment where viewers had the opportunity to engage directly with Mr. Cris D. Tran and Mr. Kiệt Hồ. A range of questions emerged, reflecting the audience’s keen interest in various aspects of GameFi.
